Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BuildAI Careers handles information submitted through its Career Map and programme enquiry forms.

Information collected

When you use the AI Career Map, we process your answers about current work, experience, regular responsibilities, AI engineering exposure and preferred direction to generate the map. No contact details are required to see it. If you choose to request BAIC follow-up, we collect the name, email address, WhatsApp number and consent you submit. Other BuildAI Careers enquiry forms may also ask for current role, experience range, target role, career goal or an optional LinkedIn profile.

We may receive campaign attribution details such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs and the landing-page version used. For form security, we process short-lived proof tokens and pseudonymous security identifiers derived from network information. The homepage and FDE enquiry forms use a visible security question. The Career Map shows one only if its low-friction check cannot verify a request.

Why we use it

We use Career Map answers to generate the requested map. If you request follow-up, we use the contact details you submit to respond, discuss relevant programme options and assess programme fit. We use technical and campaign-attribution data to protect forms from abuse and understand which marketing activity led to an enquiry.

Website measurement

When measurement is enabled, Google Analytics receives page and form-event information such as the form viewed, started, attempted or successfully completed, the programme name and landing-page path. A Google Ads tag is also configured for advertising measurement. BuildAI Careers does not include names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers or Career Map answers in these events. Google tags may use cookies or similar identifiers under Google's Privacy Policy.

Service providers

BuildAI Careers uses Cloudflare for website hosting, serverless form processing, short-term lead storage, Career Map coordination and native email delivery. Lead notifications are delivered to a BuildAI Careers mailbox operated by Google. FormSubmit may be used as a backup delivery provider if native delivery is unavailable. Their handling of information is subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and FormSubmit Privacy Policy.

Contacting BAIC on WhatsApp

If you select Contact Us on WhatsApp, BuildAI Careers opens a pre-filled WhatsApp draft. The website does not send the message for you and does not add your form details to that draft. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own privacy terms after you continue to WhatsApp.

Retention and access

Career Map submission-coordination records become eligible for deletion 30 days after submission and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Cloudflare lead records are configured to expire 30 days after their most recent operational update. Any backup submission handled by FormSubmit follows that provider's retention policy. Lead notifications in the BuildAI Careers mailbox may remain after the enquiry is handled. You may request deletion using the process below.

To ask about the information you submitted, including access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion, use the contact form and enter “Privacy Request” in the optional goal field.

Security

Forms use server-side validation, request limits, short-lived security proofs and replay protection before an enquiry is stored or delivered. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your Career Map or enquiry.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
