Information we collect
Career Map answers are used to generate the requested map without requiring contact details. If you request follow-up, we collect the name, email address, WhatsApp number, consent and optional career details you submit. We may also receive campaign attribution, landing-page and short-lived form-security information.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to answer enquiries, recommend relevant programme options, protect forms from abuse and understand which marketing activity led to an enquiry. We do not sell personal data.
Website measurement
When measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive page and privacy-safe form-event information. BuildAI Careers does not include names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers or Career Map answers in these events. Google tags may use cookies or similar identifiers.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, serverless form processing, short-term lead storage, Career Map coordination and native email delivery. Google operates the BuildAI Careers mailbox and website measurement services. FormSubmit may be used for backup lead delivery if native delivery is unavailable.
Contacting BAIC on WhatsApp
Selecting Contact Us on WhatsApp opens a pre-filled WhatsApp draft. The website does not send the message and does not add form details to the draft. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp and Meta apply their own privacy terms after you continue.
Retention and your rights
Cloudflare lead and Career Map coordination records are configured for deletion after 30 days. Provider and mailbox retention may differ. You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion through the BuildAI Careers contact form.
Security and updates
Forms use server-side validation, request limits, short-lived security proofs and replay protection. No online method is completely secure. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change.
