All programme fees are discussed and agreed upon during the introductory call before enrolment. Fees are specific to the learning path recommended for you.
Cancellation by learner
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact us in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the programme start date and the amount of sessions already delivered.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable items
Registration fees, third-party certification exam fees and any customised corporate training deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Programme changes
We reserve the right to reschedule batches or change trainers due to operational requirements. Learners will be notified in advance and offered alternatives.
